Dear customers,

Please note the following information when exchanging: You have to bear the costs of the return if you want to exchange the goods or send them back for credit (see right of withdrawal). No separate transport costs will be charged for new deliveries (exchanges). Packages sent freight collect will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender for a fee. Please only send returns that do not fall within the right of withdrawal (e.g. incorrect deliveries) after consultation.

Note: We only ship as a package, regardless of the value of the goods. It is not possible to send small parts as letters or parcels.

For all other recipient countries that are not in the table, the shipping costs are 59,95 €.
