Description

To be heated in water at a maximum of 80°C for 10 minutes. After taking it out, wait about 5 minutes and wrap it with a cloth.
Cool in the freezer. Once removed, wrap it in a dry, clean cloth and place it on the painful area. Place on the painful area for a maximum of one hour. To maintain the lowest temperature, store in the freezer for 2 hours.
Microwave usage:
With an output of 500 watts, heat on the lowest setting for a maximum of 35 seconds. After warming up, allow the compress to cool for 1 minute, wrap it in a dry, clean towel and apply to the painful part of the body.
