Dear customers,

Please note the following when exchanging: You are responsible for the return shipping costs if you wish to exchange the goods or return them for a credit (see right of withdrawal). No separate transport costs will be charged for new shipments (exchanges). Packages sent freight collect will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Returns that do not fall under the right of withdrawal (e.g., incorrect deliveries) should only be returned after consultation.

Note: We only ship as a package regardless of the value of the goods. Shipping small items as a letter or parcel is not possible.

For all other recipient countries not listed in the table, the shipping costs are 59,95 €.
