Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins from the day,

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can also submit your withdrawal using the withdrawal form below. However, the use of the form is not mandatory. After receiving your withdrawal, we will promptly send you a confirmation (e.g., by email) of the receipt of your withdrawal.

Please include your order number and the item you wish to withdraw in your message. This helps us to assign and process your withdrawal as quickly as possible.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to SGH Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Wöllnitzer Str. 56, 07749 Jena, Germany, with the note "DoctorLab.com Return". The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Expiration Reasons

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is significant for their production or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
