Description 

The compress is filled with polymer gel, which has a high heat capacity. It is suitable for cooling or warming certain parts of the body.

Instructions 

For use in cooling:

Place the compress in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then take it out of the freezer again, wrap the compress in a dry towel and place it on the painful part of the body. The compress lowers the body temperature of the area being treated and thus relieves pain. 

For use in heating:

Place the compress in hot water (at max 80°C) for 15 - 20 minutes. After this time, take the compress out of the water and wrap it in a dry towel. The heat stimulates blood circulation and relieves pain.  

Heating can also be done in the microwave:

Microwave with an output of 800 watts.

- Make sure the gel is evenly distributed throughout the compress.

- Place the compress in the microwave for 35 seconds on the lowest power setting.

- The heating time depends on the power of the microwave.

- If higher temperatures are required, warm the compress in 10 minute intervals to maintain the correct temperature.

- Please wait a minute before applying the compress to the skin.
